Unfortunately, my peaceful rest was interrupted by loud noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my sleep multiple times during my stay.

I enjoyed the clean and cozy room which was well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I appreciated the easy accessibility to public transportation.

Better soundproofing to reduce noise disturbance would help.

There's a nifty bus stop right outside, super convenient for getting around. The staff were attentive and super helpful, especially Amsyari, who answered all our questions.

value hotel balestier is fantastic! the location is perfect, just steps away from a bus stop for easy transport. John and ken provided outstanding service. they even helped us find a deluxe room with the biggest balcony and an incredible view. i loved the clean standard twin room, ideal for our family. really, i can only recommend this hotel!
